Fat Tye-Dyed Cuse Tantrum

Somebody besides Jim Boeheim was unhappy with Syracuse's turnover laden start to the MU-Syracuse game on Saturday.

That's some funny shit right there. Somebody's not happy.

So what about the game? The entering of Cadougan?

I finally watched the game, and to sum it up, Syracuse is GOOD! I predict they win the Big East this year. So now that we have the four best teams (IMO - Cuse, Nova, WV, G'town) behind us, have expectations changed for anyone? I still think we can finish at 9-9, which considering the circumstances, wouldn't be all bad. Further, in limited action yesterday, I liked what Cadougan was doing out there. In a short stint off the bench, he quickly displayed his ability to penetrate and make tough passes in traffic.....which is why he was such a hot comodity coming out of high school. His red shirt is officially burned, so no more arguments about this. I think his ability to penetrate defenses and distribute on a rope is going to benefit everyone. Hopefully, he returns to form and gains some experience and leadership for next seasons even younger team.

Buzz has made two horrific roster decisions that could hurt us for years - recruiting Maymon and burning JC's redshift -I am not at all happy.

hurt us for years? seems drastic.

I count 3 years - this year for Maymon, next year for Maymon as well b/c we don't have a viable big guy recruit and 2013 b/c JC won't be able to play.

i'd be more concerned with not having a big guy recruit in the coming years that a PG in 2013. pg's are a dime a dozen and we've never had an issue recruiting those.

We had Diener for four years and Dom for four years, so it's not like we're churning out a new top-notch point guard every other season, SBTG.

And, as you're seeing this year, a good PG is NOT a dime a dozen.
