Way to go Yo! Six shutout innings on a limited pitch count. Unbelievable.Nothing like showing those Pirates that a stint on the DL can only make you stronger. You took that ball and basically said "Here, you want this? You can't have it! I poop on you".
Bushie would have been lucky to make it through 5 innings on a 100 pitch limit. And, I think we all know that "shutout" is not part of his vocabulary.
Thank you, Yo, for giving me a glimmer of hope.

We should probably sign him to an extension or sumthin'.
Devil's advocate... then he would probably end up blowing out his arm and/or sucking.
Hard to argue with you though. If we have the chance to control his cost by avoiding arbitration and maybe buy out a year of free agency, might be a good idea.
Oh, dude. No.

I know.
Why do I smell the Patron-like stench of "Teddy Higuera" written all over Yo's next huge contract?? Just sayin'
A good step in the right direction. Now if only we could find 1 or 2 more guys just like him....but cheaper. I guess we'll have to wait and see what happens with Prince. Maybe we can acquire another good young arm.
